How does guaranteed rent work?

Henderson Property will become your tenant with a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a minimum term of 12 months. We will sublet the property to an approved, credit checked, working tenant, it is of course in both our interests to ensure we have good quality tenants. We may be able to keep on your current tenants if approved, but they will be subject to a possible rent increase, further checks and Right to Rent regulations (All at our cost).

How quickly can you find me a place to rent?

We can usually complete the tenancy process within 7 – 10 days, if all the checks are completed and the property is vacant. Find out more about our Tenancy Process.
