One of the most frustrating things about owning property is when it does not generate the expected income. This may be through void periods or rent arrears. We offer Guaranteed Rent at Henderson Property.

Henderson Property will become your tenant with a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a minimum term of 12 months. We will sublet the property to an approved, credit checked, working tenant, it is of course in both our interests to ensure we have good quality tenants. We may be able to keep on your current tenants if approved, but they will be subject to a possible rent increase, further checks and Right to Rent regulations (All at our cost).

Free Professional Inventory/Condition Report
Low maintenance costs if you use Henderson Property
Full legal costs – Henderson Property are your tenant, it will be at our cost to remove any non-paying or problematic tenant.

Your only responsibility will be the cost of maintaining the condition and fabric of the property. This arrangement is subject to a one off set up fee of £250 + vat per property. We can work with you to calculate what your management fee or loss of income truly is by not having our Rent Guarantee Package.
